The site is very well integrated into its surroundings; a nice residential area is neighbouring the SOS Children's Village, while schools, shops and a hospital are situated in the city centre of Keila.

The SOS Children's Village Keila comprises 12 family houses, a SOS Kindergarten, a SOS Primary School, a sports ground, kitchen gardens and the usual administrative buildings (e.g. a house for the Village director and the aunties.
