The SOS Children's Village is situated in the northern part of Lomé, in the Tokoin-Wuiti district. It comprises 10 family houses, an administrative building (where the National Co-ordination Office is accommodated), a house for the aunts, some straw huts for games and gatherings and a small Village shop.
The SOS Kindergarten has two grades and the majority of the registered children come from the surrounding area. In 1977, an extra class room was added for special education of children with learning difficulties. The SOS Children's Village was extended by a Youth Village (three houses) in 1987 already.
