The SOS Children's Village Potosí is situated in the zone named after the hill "La Chaca" at the foot of the city and can easily be reached by bus or by car. Public schools, markets and a hospital are located next to the SOS Children's Village. The SOS Children's Village Potosí will consist of 12 family houses and an SOS Kindergarten which can also be attended by children of the neighbourhood. Furthermore, the whole area of the SOS Children's Village is used to cultivate fruit-trees.
