SOS Children's Village of Stübing, in the province of Styria, is about 10 kms from the provincial capital, Graz. The SOS Children's Village consists of 15 family houses and the castle of Stübing which is situated on the edge of the woods. The family houses were built in front of the castle and fit very well into their environment. The castle houses the Village offices, the Village Director's apartment, the kindergarten and various communal rooms for music, extra tuition, etc. In addition to all this, Children's Village of Stübing has a very attractive leisure centre, where children can pursue all kinds of activities. The children of school-age attend the nearby local schools and are well integrated into the surrounding neighbourhood. The teenagers live at the SOS Youth Facility in Graz.
