Our trust supporters are donating vital funds to help us care for abandoned children around the world by providing - A caring and safe home
- Health care and education
- Vocational training
- Emergency support services and aid
- Community social and medical support
Trusts currently support unique and/or specific projects by donating restricted grants, as well as making essential donations towards our general work. The support we currently receive from charitable trusts and foundations is very important to us.
The number of orphaned and abandoned children needing our help is increasing due to the HIV/AIDS epidemic, especially in Africa and Asia, and internal conflict in many parts of the world. We are working hard to develop relationships with new trusts and to increase the number of trusts that are interested in, and dedicated to, the worldwide work of SOS Children's Villages.
We are seeking funding for projects in Africa, Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe. We are committed to providing trustees with detailed project grant reports and updates on new areas of work and organisational developments. Additionally we welcome the opportunity to meet trustees and discuss our work face to face in detail.
If you are interested in supporting us through a Charitable Trust then please contact Jenny Townsend, our Trusts and Foundations Manager, for more information
